PRMT8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,145 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02417, LINC02827, and GRM4. Each is linked with PRMT8 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT8-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRMT8 versus LINC02417 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
