The most reproducible PRMT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, C-Raf, and JNK2. Each is linked with PRMT8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT8-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT8 results are reported.
