Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRMT8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEB4, LUZP4, and NEUROD4. Each is linked with PRMT8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT8-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT8 results are reported.
