PRMT5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRMT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,059 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRMT5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, WDR77, and IPO4. Each is linked with PRMT5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRMT5-to-partner and partner-to-PRMT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRMT5 versus SSRP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRMT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRMT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
