PRLHR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRLHR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,222 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRLHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP198, PKN3, and INS. Each is linked with PRLHR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRLHR-to-partner and partner-to-PRLHR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP198 grouped by PRLHR-low versus PRLHR-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRLHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRLHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
