PRKY

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKY RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,851 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKY-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX3X, DDX3Y, and DDX3Y_S592. Each is linked with PRKY in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKY-to-partner and partner-to-PRKY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKY versus DDX3X in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKY→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
