Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKY-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2BH1P, TIMM9P1, and PSMB7P1. Each is linked with PRKY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKY-to-partner and partner-to-PRKY results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2BH1P grouped by PRKY-low versus PRKY-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKY→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
