Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRKX-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PRKX-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher PRKX-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRKX-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and LAML show a favorable association.

OV, READ, and LUSC are the cancer types where PRKX-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
