Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKRIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,066 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPSF4, ALKBH4, and ZKSCAN5. Each is linked with PRKRIP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKRIP1 results are reported.
