PRKN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,853 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BBS2, BBS7, and ADD3. Each is linked with PRKN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKN-to-partner and partner-to-PRKN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
