PRKN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,758 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAVIN2, CDKN3, and HELLS. Each is linked with PRKN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKN-to-partner and partner-to-PRKN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKN→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
