Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,462 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRI1, LINC00525, and LINC01933. Each is linked with PRKG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKG2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKG2 versus KRI1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
