PRKG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,140 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAGLN, COL1A1, and DAPK3. Each is linked with PRKG1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
