PRKG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 33,100 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GUCY1B1, HSPA12B, and HSPG2. Each is linked with PRKG1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
