Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,986 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Collateral sprouting, Relaxation of smooth muscle, and Relaxation of vascular associated smooth muscle. Each is linked with PRKG1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKG1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKG1 results are reported.
