PRKDC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,267 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKDC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSE1L, NUP153_T699, and MCM2. Each is linked with PRKDC in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKDC-to-partner and partner-to-PRKDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKDC versus CSE1L in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
