PRKD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,717 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FYN, GDF5, and KATNA1. Each is linked with PRKD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKD3-to-partner and partner-to-PRKD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKD3 versus FYN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
