PRKD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,122 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BRI3BP, SEC13, and PINK1-AS. Each is linked with PRKD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKD2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BRI3BP grouped by PRKD2-low versus PRKD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
