Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCSH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,274 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKCSH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-77P, PINCR, and LINC01831. Each is linked with PRKCSH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCSH-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCSH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-77P grouped by PRKCSH-low versus PRKCSH-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCSH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCSH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
