Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCQ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,108 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKCQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKCQ-AS1, KLRG1, and CD8A. Each is linked with PRKCQ in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCQ-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCQ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCQ versus PRKCQ-AS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
