PRKCIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,649 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A9_T113, PGLYRP1, and DOK3. Each is linked with PRKCIP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCIP1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCIP1 versus S100A9_T113 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
