Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,809 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-262P, LONRF2P2, and H3P18. Each is linked with PRKCH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCH-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-262P grouped by PRKCH-low versus PRKCH-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
