Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRKCG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRKCG data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher PRKCG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRKCG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.
KIRP, LGG, and OV are the cancer types where PRKCG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
