Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKCE RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,845 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCE-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are TRAM-dependent toll-like receptor signaling pathway, TRAM-dependent toll-like receptor 4 signaling pathway, and Regulation of hippo signaling. Each is linked with PRKCE in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCE-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCE results are reported.
