Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKCA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,165 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKCA-AS1, SCN2B, and JAM2. Each is linked with PRKCA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCA-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCA versus PRKCA-AS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
