PRKCA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,503 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB1, DPY19L1, and SH2B3. Each is linked with PRKCA in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCA-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKCA versus ZEB1 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
