Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKCA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,297 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of angiotensin-activated signaling pathway, Regulation of dense core granule biogenesis, and Positive regulation of adenylate cyclase-activating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PRKCA in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCA-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCA results are reported.
