PRKCA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKCA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 330 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKCA-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA6, MC3R, and KRTAP4-4. Each is linked with PRKCA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKCA-to-partner and partner-to-PRKCA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFA6 grouped by PRKCA-low versus PRKCA-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKCA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKCA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
