PRKAR2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAR2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,373 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAR2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QRICH1, IRF4, and VGLL4_S58. Each is linked with PRKAR2A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAR2A-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAR2A versus QRICH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
