PRKAR2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAR2A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 215 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAR2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUXAP5, RNU5E-9P, and LYPLA1P1. Each is linked with PRKAR2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAR2A-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAR2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUXAP5 grouped by PRKAR2A-low versus PRKAR2A-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAR2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAR2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
