Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKAR2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,897 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAR2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription elongation, Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 21 signaling pathway, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter. Each is linked with PRKAR2A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAR2A-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAR2A results are reported.
