Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAR1B-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,051 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAR1B-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO1G, PTPN7, and WIPF1. Each is linked with PRKAR1B-AS1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAR1B-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAR1B-AS1 results are reported.
