Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAR1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,955 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKAR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP9, PSTPIP1, and MAP4K1. Each is linked with PRKAR1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAR1A-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAR1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAR1A versus ARHGAP9 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
