PRKAR1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAR1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PRKAR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAR1A-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by PRKAR1A-low versus PRKAR1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
