PRKAR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKAR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,934 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAR1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation, Endosomal transport, and Cytosolic transport. Each is linked with PRKAR1A in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAR1A-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of beige fat cell differentiation grouped by PRKAR1A-low versus PRKAR1A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
