PRKAG3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,395 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAG3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CYP27A1, SLK_S518, and CLIC2. Each is linked with PRKAG3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAG3-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAG3 versus CYP27A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
