Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKACG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,794 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKACG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein targeting to vacuole, Positive regulation of canonical Wnt signaling pathway, and Regulation of cell projection assembly. Each is linked with PRKACG in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKACG-to-partner and partner-to-PRKACG results are reported.
