PRKACG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKACG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKACG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL37, DNAJC8, and CDCA8. Each is linked with PRKACG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKACG-to-partner and partner-to-PRKACG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL37 grouped by PRKACG-low versus PRKACG-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKACG→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKACG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
