PRKACB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKACB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,365 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKACB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IMP4, RSL1D1, and SEPTIN1. Each is linked with PRKACB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKACB-to-partner and partner-to-PRKACB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKACB versus IMP4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKACB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKACB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
