Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKACB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,026 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKACB-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCL1, EIF5A, and KCNN3. Each is linked with PRKACB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKACB-to-partner and partner-to-PRKACB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKACB versus PLCL1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKACB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKACB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
