Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKACB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,053 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKACB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL5P21, RPL32P14, and FAM230A. Each is linked with PRKACB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKACB-to-partner and partner-to-PRKACB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL5P21 grouped by PRKACB-low versus PRKACB-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKACB→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKACB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
