Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKACB RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,406 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRKACB-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle, and Regulation of microtubule cytoskeleton organization. Each is linked with PRKACB in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKACB-to-partner and partner-to-PRKACB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization grouped by PRKACB-low versus PRKACB-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
