PRKAB2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,315 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSRB3, PABPC5, and LINC00702. Each is linked with PRKAB2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAB2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAB2 versus MSRB3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
