PRKAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRKAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,556 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6K2, RN7SL314P, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with PRKAB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAB2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6K2 grouped by PRKAB2-low versus PRKAB2-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
