PRKAB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKAB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,545 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NBPF12, PI4KB, and CDC42SE1. Each is linked with PRKAB2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAB2-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRKAB2 versus NBPF12 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRKAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRKAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
