Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRKAA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,423 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRKAA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to lipid droplet, Establishment of RNA localization, and Phosphatidylinositol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PRKAA1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRKAA1-to-partner and partner-to-PRKAA1 results are reported.
