The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher PRIMA1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRIMA1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and UCEC are the cancer types where PRIMA1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
