Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRIM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,491 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRIM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO5, SMC4, and POLD1. Each is linked with PRIM2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRIM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRIM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRIM2 versus XPO5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRIM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRIM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
