PRICKLE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRICKLE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,554 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRICKLE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARVA, PRICKLE2_S806, and SEPTIN11. Each is linked with PRICKLE2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRICKLE2-to-partner and partner-to-PRICKLE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRICKLE2 versus PARVA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRICKLE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRICKLE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
