Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRG4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,083 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRG4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OGN, TNS2_S120, and PRKG1. Each is linked with PRG4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRG4-to-partner and partner-to-PRG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRG4 versus OGN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
